RETURN POLICY

Every product we make is 3D printed just for you! If you need to change or alter your order please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been printed we will not be able to refund it due to the print to order nature of our products. However, if you received a damaged item, we are more than happy to replace it and do whatever it takes to make your experience with us a pleasant one. Just send us a picture of the damaged item and we will get started on processing another shipment for you. "You must report your damaged or missing item within 48 hours of receiving your order." The USPS does occasionally "misplace" items. We offer tracking on all of our shipments. If you would like insurance on your order, we recommend using the Priority Shipping option.
