Refund policy
Every product we make is 3D printed just for you!
Refund:
These items are not eligible for return as they are customizable and non-refundable given the nature of the product and for food safety/cross contamination.
Cancellation/Change of order:
If you need to change or alter your order please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order has been printed we will not be able to refund it due to the print to order nature of our products.
Damaged/Lost Item(s):
If you received a damaged item, we are more than happy to replace it and do whatever it takes to make your experience with us a pleasant one. Just send us a picture of the damaged item, hold on to packaging, box, and damaged item(s), and we will get started on processing another shipment for you. "You must report your damaged or missing item within 48 hours of receiving your order."
The USPS does occasionally "misplace" items. We offer tracking on all of our shipments. If you would like insurance on your order, we recommend using the Priority Shipping option.
Undeliverable orders:
If your order was not deliverable by the carrier due to an address error or other extenuating circumstances not related to the fulfillment process, upon receipt of the returned package the order will be discarded and a refund will not be provided.
