Delivery & Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Rush Service

Orders can be rushed ahead of the 3 business day processing time by adding the "Rush Fee" option to their cart.

Shipping

Shipping rates are flat for the order regardless of the number of items ordered. 

Orders over $35 (excluding any promotions, credits, or discounts) qualify for free standard (2-5 business day) shipping. 

Upgraded shipping options range from 2-3 day shipping and 1-2 day shipping.

Upgraded shipping options are available at checkout, but do not place your order in a "Rush" status.

Shipping days vary by carrier and shop is not responsible for non-working days by any carrier.

 

Required Signature

Deliveries to residential addresses typically do not require a signature, however, in the event that one is required and no one is available to sign, a note will be left noting the attempted delivery. After three attempt to deliver, the package will be returned to SunshineTShop LLC.

 

** NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES** (Unless package has been insured). Please contact your local post office in the event of a missing package. Occasionally the post office does misplace a package.
